COPPA
In accordance with the Child Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA), LEARN NC does not allow users under 13 years of age to create LEARN NC accounts. If you are a teacher who needs to enroll students into a Moodle course with LEARN NC, please e-mail the Registrar. For more information about COPPA, please visit the COPPA website.
